Hospitality of owner, excellent location, convenient bed. The owner offered the opportunity to choose the room.

quite poor quality of the apartment - mould in shower, smell in the room like someone was smoking inside non stop, terribly inconvenient shower, maybe these things doesn't matter in sunny summer time, however if you need to stay in appt on a rainy day it's a challenge.
