Rami vieta, švaru. Plati lova, tik man per minkštas čiužinys. Kambarys įrengtas jaukiai. Iki centro 10-15 min pėsčiomis. Virtuvėje buvo būtini indai, keli puodai, vonioje muilo ir šampūno. Patogu, kad yra pakaba vonioje ir koridoriuje. Apartamentai antrame aukšte, ne visiems gali būti patogu užlipti, laiptai siauroki.

Apartamentuose nėra radiatoriaus, net vonioje, tad patalpose vėsoka, grindimis vaikščioti vien kojinėmis buvo šalta.
