Studio 2 - Central Location Sleeps 4

First time in norwich and I'm glad I picked this place! it was cosy, really well designed and clean. Even the little things like biscuits and washing tablets was a plus!

All I will say is that when it comes to the colder time of the year (i went in November)I think perhaps a tv in the bedrooms and an up to date tv in the living room. Other then that I can't fault it.

Beautiful well designed and furnished light and airy spaces. Really gorgeous space to be in.

NOISE!!! Do not stay in this property if you want to sleep, although the road seems quiet, it is obviously a cut through to other residential areas and due to the age of the building there is only single glazed windows. Friday and Saturday we were kept awake until 4.30am! This needs to be pointed out for anyone booking this apartment. It really spoilt our visit in what is an lovely apartment. Further noise came from the hairdressers downstairs, very loud talking from just after 8am towards the end of the week. The windows in the ceiling in the kitchen and living room could do with a good clean, cobwebs everywhere!

Super clean, well-appointed studio flat. Great location.

Street noise was a nuisance, especially at the weekend. Ear plugs needed for a good night's sleep.

Booked the studio for a short break with my son. We had a good size bedroom each. The studio was perfect. Lovely inside and a great location for the train station and exploring the city.

I honestly couldn't find anything negative to say about the place. We loved it.

It was super clean. We booked it for my mum and my sister who came to Norwich for the first time from Turkey for our wedding. It was specious and well cleaned. We will definitely book again when they visit us.

Lovely little apartment, well appointed. Spacious yet cosy, excellent location.

The TV was a little old and creaky but we didn't use it much anyway.

The apartment is just a stone's through from the city centre and Riverside/Carrow Road. It is exactly as the pictures show. All the basics are there. The two bedrooms are quite large and beds comfortable. Bathroom ahs everything you'd expect. As I have stayed before, I was aware that the street gets really noisy on weekend nights, which is something to take into consideration. Also, you have to take one set of stairs to get to the apartment and another one if you are sleeping on the top floor.

When I arrived and tried to get the keys from the lock box, it wouldn't open. Something went wrong when the keys were put in, because the code I was given was already showing. However, I couldn't press the release buttons to open the box and the dials wouldn't move. Tried to ring AirNorfolk on the number provided, but got the voice mail (arrived at the apartment at about 6pm on a Wednesday). After a lot of determination, I was able to open the box eventually. It was very unfortunate that I couldn't get anyone on the phone for some assistance or help, especially as the number mentioned is an emergency number and it was very dark with the outside light not working. On my previous visit there were a lot of cobwebs in the pitched ceiling of the living room, which I mentioned in my review. Unfortunately, they were still there. Same goes for the outside light above the front door not working. That issue hasn't been resolved. There is some light from other lamps in the court yard, but it would be better if the lamp above the door was working too, as your back obscures the light from the other lamps. Shower is very temperamental. One minute the water is warm, the next boiling hot and then cold, without turning the tap.
