The property is amazing! Perfect location in the centre of Norwich, parking included next to the building, the apartment is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need for a lovely stay. The additional touch of the welcome back with wine, crisp and biscuits was so kind.

There was everything we need, it had lovely little touches and the welcome basket was so thoughtful. The apartment was spacious and homely.

Excellent location apartment matched description and photos. Basics are there tea coffee sugar milk salt and pepper etc as well as dishwasher / cleaning products and bathroom essentials. Photos supplied by host made it easy for us on arrival to park abd find the property.

Shower cubicle a little snug

Lovely location being in Central Norwich, having parking makes it a double bonus. In the heart of the city so you can explore on foot or use public transport. (A bit of a walk to the rail station). Apartment itself was clean and comfortable with everything you needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms. People who have limited mobility would find climbing the two floors of stairs difficult but no bother for us. The single glazed windows mean you can hear the traffic, fortunately there isn't a lot down bethel St so again not too much of a bother.

Beds were initially firm, but OK once you are lied down, one sofa again was firm, more of a seat than a lounging sofa. Water was rocket hot, maybe a sign for future guests, difficult to get "just right" to shower under especially when the heating was also working. These things would not put me off staying again.

Amazing location. A few minutes walk from the market and centre of Norwich. Parking space included. All the things you would need in an apartment and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy on arrival.

The double beds were a bit small so not that comfortable (my wife is very small and I’m only average height). Similarly the shower was a bit of a squeeze. I think some of my Scandinavian colleagues would struggle!

Excellent hosts, went above and beyond. Nice welcome pack. It was characteristic, spacious, good number of bathrooms, walking distance to everything.

Very impressed with the apartment & its location. Perfect for our requirements. Tastefully decorated & furnished, we felt very comfortable & "at home". , we really enjoyed our stay & would return next time we happened to be in Norwich.

It would have been useful to know about the number of stairs to the apartment - I had my 85 year old mother with me. I think the stair well ought to have a handrail on the outer walls rather than relying solely on the centre rail. I might be a bit slow but the parking arrangements could be a bit clearer - I hadn't realized the reference to "red & yellow" spaces referred to the marking up of the photos.

Good location, nice clean property. Parking is a bonus. Hosts provided all the information with regards to where to park, key safe details and access.

The location is great and it has parking. 3 toilets.

Was very cold when we arrived. Also only slatted blinds in the bedrooms. Could do with blackout curtains.
