"Perfect price to quality ratio. Close to promenade and beach."

Fully equipped nice apartment, close to main promenade.

Boiler boils water instead of heating up. Silicone sealing could be changed for new in the shower.

The apartment is clean, and good equipment. The apartment has a big balcony. Tha parking place is next to the apartment. Highly recommended.

I liked location. It is family part of Novalja with well-behaved neighbors. Quite in the night and morning. 2 different beaches were only few minutes away (walking). The bed was very comfortable.

the apartment smells of moisture. but open windows very quickly reduce the level of humidity in the air. the furniture in the kitchen is old and somewhat damaged by moisture. the sofa is old and the cushions on it were full of stains. The hair dryer could be bigger.
