"Everything else was great!"

Great location, close to all the attractions, and most importantly, in a safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. We were welcomed personally, and any questions we had were quickly resolved. The internet was good. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay again if we return to Palermo.

Not really a minus, more of a suggestion: it can get a little noisy and the walls are quite thin — light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Also, it would have been nice to have more hygiene products, as we had to buy our own.

good location, comfortable bed, no problem with earlier check-in

bad smell in the apartment (mold? moisture?), really small bathroom (uncomfortable for people 175cm+)

"Okay for the price"

Very well located to the city centre. Rooms are big

Kitchen is pretty unusable, minimal equipment and no oven. The apartment terrace is facing the restaurant garden so it’s not convenient if you want to sit and enjoy. The main issue is the bad smell from the toilet.
