"Very clean and convenient location near train station and university but the decor needs upgrading"

Location suited our needs (near train station and university campus). It was clean. I liked having a person meet us at the property.

The decor was very dated and old fashioned. The colours were not attractive. The bedroom could be seriously upgraded.

"Superb"

Well located,beautiful high-ceiling historical apartment renovated to meet modern expectations, minimalistic but tasteful. A small issue was that it got unexpectedly cold and rainy outside and the inside temperature in the apartment was quite low (we only stayed for the night so did not call the owners so perhaps heating could have been turned on which we did not attempt). Also,it was a little challenging to find a free parking spot in nearby streets but we managed!
