Mr Neuman called us that he has an emergency in his apartment and will provide us another one on Jižní street across from carwash. We came to the location, the house was old and smelly. We had a feeling that we are in a cheap dormitory for workers Room seemed OK on first sight, so we just dropped baggage and went to the city. When we came back we recognized that odor was everywhere, even in our room, we also realized was dusty and dirty. Bedding was old, smelly and "very used". Sadly, we couldnt drive away as we had couple drinks for dinner. We had problems to fall asleep because of that situation In the morning we didnt want to take shower because of the "hygienic standards" of the apartment and building itself. Ive reached out to Mr Neuman, told him the situation and he promised us compensation We payed 40€ per night and this place was worthy max 15€ Its hard to "feel it" via photos but trust me, you dont want to experience it. As a bonus "the kitchen" was a pure joke! Dirty, scratched, oily pan, dirty mugs, glasses & cutlery Had a discussion during several calls and text messages with Mr Neuman and he havent stayed true to his words as he has tons of cheap excuses :( In one call owner of the building was rude & swearing and hung up on me when I told him the place he provided wasnt clean This is not how you behave and treating your guests

The owner was very very helpful in everything we needed, really nice, we appreciated the excellent service.
