Duży apartament, czysty. Dostępny parking. W pobliżu przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe ułatwiające dojazd do centrum miasta.

Apartament pamięta dawne czasy, przydałoby się odświeżenie. Jest dostępny również dla większej grupy, 6 osób, ale wyposażenie nie jest dostosowane (wyposażenie kuchni czy ilość krzeseł przy stole). W naszym przypadku przygitowanych miejsc do spania było 5 a nie 6 zgodnie z rezerwacją. Kontakt z właścicielem nieco utrudniony, długie oczekiwanie na odpowiedzi czy przez stronę czy bezpośrednio przez telefon.

I read through the other reviews and was therefore a bit scared the place might be filthy and rundown but I was pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness: It was clean enough, the beddings were clean, there was no weird smell. Sure, the apartment would benefit from a proper deep cleaning and some renovation but it didn't bother us too much during our stay. Equipment: We found all the kitchen utensils we needed. There was plenty of toilet paper and towels. The doors to the sleeping rooms did have some indents in them but there was no issue closing them (a point Ive seen mentioned a couple of times). Heating: The heating was on-and-off but okay overall. The water run hot and at a good pressure Pigeons and neighbours: The pigeons didn't bother us too much as we kept the windows closed. We had no bad run-ins with the neighbours (as also pointed out in other reviews) but we did try to be extra quiet.

I can confirm that the bed in the smaller room is very creaky and the couple that slept there complained about it a lot. The location is okay, but as the tickets are rather expensive it made more sense to just Uber everywhere. It wasnt possible to park in front of the apartment as we arrived late on the evening, we had to park farther away and walked.

Smradlavá nefunkční myčka, po urgenci prý přijede oprava po našem odjezdu, po domluvě s majitelkou chtěl opravit manžel, ale po přečtení recenzí stihl jen koupit nářadí a raději se do bezplatné opravy nepouštěl, majitelka následně slíbila kompenzaci za problémy a proplacení, poté přestala komunikovat. V mini lednici se nám vše zkazilo. Vybavení katastrofální, žádné čistící prostředky, odpadkové sáčky, houbičky na nádobí ani toaletní papír. Všude nějaké díry, jak kdyby tam řádili čerti, postele nepohodlné, gauč rozbitý, že nešel složit. Vana odporně špinavá, musela jsem vydrbat abych tam mohla vůbec děti dát vykoupat.
