Size and layout

No toilet paper. Even after we called, didn't get toilet paper. No information about anything anywhere. Hot water switch. Needs to improve. Now not ready to open for business yet at this state. (I also rent out apartments)

The apartment is amazing, cozy and huge

We had some difficulty finding it. GPS took us to a different address. Finding door was confusing.

Quite big rooms, good location

At 8 o'clock in the evening, crazy neighbors came and started shouting that we are making noise, that we are walking too loudly. They scared our little children when they came!!! The apartment needed repair at least 5 years ago… Bed linen and towels smelled bad. Advice for hosts, try harder for customers..

Very large apartment. Huge open space kitchen, good wifi. Quite big balcony. Inner open parking for free. Facilities are good

Apartment needs some refreshing.

Good location, flat is really big and spacey. Communication with the owner very friendly. Bed's are comfortable and location is very quite, no issues with the residents living there.

Unfortunately pictures in advertisment are not up to date. The walls are in clean white, no pictures and very little decorations which do make a flat cosy. Furniture is completely different then on pictures and has it's best times in the past, except the kitchen but the kitchen could offer a little bit more dishes and cooking stuff. The issue is that you get higher expectations because of the pictures online and you are disappointed when arriving even when I think the place is not bad and I would book it again.

The apartment is beautiful, a perfect place to stay for a day or even a few days for a relaxed visit to Olomouc.

The parking in front of the building is available during the day but not in the evening when the local people return from work. So parking late in the evening or at night can be tricky.
