3 balconies, all South facing so the sun was shining through all day and through to early evening. Lovely sunsets!

The shutter in the kitchen was stuck half open. The doors were a bit clunky when opening them so it was difficult to be quiet when using them at night. You could hear the neighbours really clearly. There was a curtain missing in the master bedroom. The shower room lights didn’t work properly, they were extremely dim and flickered quite a bit it was really dark in there however after quite a long wait, they lit up. The extractor fan in the kitchen didn’t have a bulb so that corner of the room was really dark.

"Amazing property"

Location is great. Overlooks the ocean from almost all rooms and is a minute wall to the cliffs. Supermarket is about a 5 minute drive and beaches are about 10 minutes away. Dont miss out on this property
