kameralny apartament

It’s name really fits it — “kameralny” in Polish means cozy and inviting. My husband and I felt very good here and that was very important to us because my mother-in-law was hospitalized with sepsis at the time and this was the reason for the stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and had a lovely (not overwhelming) scent. As mentioned in other reviews, coffee, a lovely tea assortment, sugar, etc were available. The apartment door is equipped with a coded lock (which is valid only during the time of your stay). This made check-in and check-out very simple. The host was great with communication. I received texts about the check-in process well-beforehand. Communication style is both polite and pleasant.

It’s important to note that the bed mattress is extremely soft — possibly the softest I’ve ever slept on (and I’ve slept on a countless number of beds during my travels). Normally I prefer firmer mattresses but somehow, this was not a problem for me. I felt I was sleeping on a cloud! 😁 My husband, however, woke up with a sore back.😢 So…depends on your preference. Also, it’s not a big deal…but I always find it helpful to have a small trash bin in the bathroom. 😊

The small size which was very suited to one person. Also, the location which gave easy access to shops and city centre.

Missed having neither oven nor microwave. One of these two would have been welcome. Would also have liked a lift. Three flights of stairs with bags was a bit of a struggle.
