Lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o dojazd do centrum była ok. Łóżka wygodne czysta pościel i ręczniki. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Obok żabka gdzie można kupić coś na śniadanie i bezproblemowo przygotować w pokoju.

Problem stanowią pijane osoby kręcące się w okolicy. Goście, którzy rzucali z okna butelkami i petami.
