L'emplacement La luminosité L'insonorisation La qualité de la literie La réactivité du propriétaire On s'y sent bien !

L'absence de lave-linge et lave-vaisselle Peu d'équipements : exemple pas de bol pour manger des céréales ou tasse pour boire un thé Appartement adapté pour 2 personnes. Les deux autres personnes doivent passer par la chambre pour aller aux toilettes.
