This place is really spacious and you could literally park in the parking lot in front of the door. We had trouble getting the ZTL pass online, but the owner kindly helped us with the issue.

We really liked the apartment as it was well positioned for the major tourist attractions in Palermo. We walked everywhere. It was convenient (10 minute walk) to the airport shuttle bus to leave Palermo. We also liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the fact it had a washing machine. It was great to have cooking facilities. We had an issue with the swipe key but Dario responded promptly and came to the apartment to fix the issue. Thank you Dario.

If you are coming by train or bus to Palermo, it is a long walk ( we walked) but you can catch a taxi.

Really nice place in a perfect location right in the city center. Clean, spacious, modern and quiet. Our original plan was to travel with me, my sister and our mom and we picked the place based on this - we're perfectly fine sharing a bedroom with the 3 of us. But unfortunately my sister had to cancel and dad filled in, and sharing a bedroom with my parents was not ideal, but that's on us and Dario had the bedroom comfortably set up for 3. Communication and check in was easy and Dario was responsive and full of recommendations. We had a great stay!

Not a dislike but just an update - Tourist tax has to be paid separately at end of stay and this is now 4 euros per person per night in Palermo.

The apartment was comfortable with a good-sized refrigerator and sufficient glassware, crockery and cutlery. The air-conditioning worked well and was adequate for the size of the apartment. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the historic centre, and with plenty of decent trattoria/osteria and a small supermarket nearby.

Some advice on where to buy coffee pods compatible with the machine in the apartment would be helpful, as it did not appear to accept the types that were routinely available.

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Appartement ist sauber, entzücken eingerichtet, groß, sehr gut ausgestattet, es waren genau soviele Kaffeekapseln da , wie wir gebraucht haben (sehr aufmerksam), die Kommunikation mit Dario war einfach, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert . Wir bekamen auf viele gute Tips. Es ist trotz angenehm ruhig obwohl man mitten in Palermo ist. Mit dem Parkplatz und unserem Auto hat es supa funktioniert. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement. Danke...empfehlen das Appartement gerne weiter und kommen gern wieder.
