Appartment was good and with lot of space! Kitchen with some soap and salt for cooking. Also a cold water in the fridge! Instructions for check-in were very clear.

Bed was not super comfy… and it could have been good to have some oil or washing liquid for the machine. We bought some and left it there! Also not super close to the center

This appartment was the most beautiful and well equipped appartment on our holiday in Sicily, it was the 4th place we stayed and by far the best! The host was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. It was in a nice area about 10/15 minutes walk to the main shopping street and Teatro Massimo etc. Perfect location for the bus to the airport or coming from other parts of Sicily. Would gladly stay here again.

The Air conditioning unit in the room had a hose with water going into a water canister which made a lot of noise. We had to turn it off then couldn’t sleep as it was too hot. The host was very kind and said they are looking into changing this system when possible.

Beautiful property, loved the balcony and the space inside the apartment was great for the two of us. Claudia was also lovely and extremely responsive and helpful. Good location outside of the city centre, we just jumped on the 101 every day and it’s 15-20 minutes in to the city (get tickets from a Tabaccheria). We preferred this to being central but would be worth considering when you book. Loads of little cafes and restaurants nearby and really close to the train station so suited us perfectly!

The air con has a very bright light on it which shows the temperature and we found it disturbed us when trying to go to sleep. Would be worth finding a way fir guests to cover this up if possible?

Communication with the host was top class. The apartment was clean and we were also allowed to keep our bags at the location after checkout since we were leaving Palermo in the evening. 10/10 would recommend.

Just a suggestion. If there could be air conditioning in the kitchen that would be great as the guys sleeping on the sofa bed had a bit of heat in the room. Apart from that, nothing else could be improved.

Perhaps this is a problem with all houses in Italy, the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear absolutely everything that happens above, below, and from the side.

Location was a neighborhood excellent for strolling, with multiple grocery stores conveniently close.

Could have had some basic communal amenities (like paper towels, olive oil) that every guest could use.

The owner was very helpful with everything, always quick responses. The apartment was very clean!

The apartment was great. It was clean and Claudia the host met us when we arrived. She helped out with restaurants, bakeries, stores, museums - anything and everything. We were even able to check out a little later. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, shopping etc.
