Great location, just off the main street and 5 mins from the train station. It's a nice apartment, with a well stocked kitchen and great aircon. Great communication from the host.

It's a bit dark and basic. TVs are Italian only.

The only positive was the location. Walking distance to train station

Water issues at the entrance, and it smells damp , a cover is over the wall to disguise the issue . The apartment smelt very moudly and musky Underneath the sink smells mouldy The sofa bed was moudly with visible patches. It was not even hidden. The cushions were not on it. The bathroom stinks of drains and mould, The washing machine looked filthy The tv remote controls and air-conditioning controls dirty . Basic hygiene not being met . The shower unit was not clean , it was black and filthy. The shower gel dispenser did not work The toilet seat lid was loose and wobbly to lift up and down. The hosts tried to claim we broke it ( total lies) clearly trying to pull a fast one because they cannot be bothered to adhere to their responsibilities of maintenance. That was evident by the apartments damp , rust , and bits of facing in bathroom coming away from wall. The kettle was very dirty inside. I had to clean it to feed my disabled son. The bedroom bed dipped in the middle and constantly creaked . The pillows were uncomfortable, too. Lots of building works are being done outside, so there is no opportunity to relax . There were lots of cups, plates, and glasses , but they were on a rusty old shelving unit that did not look hygienic The flooring was dirty , and I binned several socks . Ankles and backs of legs were bitten. We suspected bugs due to the poor standard of cleanliness. . My disabled son began to cough , I believe, due to the apartment conditions. I did not have the heart to be honest and say the place was absolutely disgusting , however, the hosts tried to pull a fast one . When I made reference to the mould, it was brushed off . It's evident it's all about money and not people's health and well-being. Booking.com were sent several pictures of the bites, the mould , the black filthy shower unit , and the toilet seat in order. I do not feel this apartment should be advertised and would not be recommended.

Location is very very good and its easy to go anywhere from the place.

The place is not fit for four people because the living room bed is extremely uncomfortable and bed pillows . If they would invest a couple hundred bucks to buy same glasses and coffee cups and new bed mattresses it would be really good

The apartment is very clean and the hosts are very accurate, they give detailed instructions on arrival and check-out. It is very convenient. The location of the apartment is central, there is a supermarket nearby and lots of cafe and restaurants.

The door before the house(old) Isn’t apartment fault but the neighborhood is very dirty, but after 100-200 meters you feel again you are in Italy..

the bathroom was not looking good! there was mold inside the shower curtain! the sofa from the living room should NOT! be used anymore for sleeping on it. it was so hard to sleep on it! it was like sleeping on bricks! you should invest in a new couch or do not make this apartment for 4 persons. the host does not speak English and we had quite a difficult time communicating.

-Very well equipped kitchen. Big fridge, oven, gas stove, utensils. They even left some coffee capsules for us. All there! -Super fast internet connection -Clean

A. Wrong location: We booked the smaller "one bedroom apartment". As you can see both options of this provider are named "one bedroom apartment" but they are completely different. Also on different addresses. Only after checking-in we were given a PDF that said the address of the apartment. Which is 300m away from where the booking.com registered address is. The property managers responded that they can't put more than one addresses on booking. But basically this should be a separate accommodation completely so that the information shown to the clients is correct and not just mixed up between the two apartments. The fact that it's the same owner, or the same apartment managers should not be a reason to group them together and this way provide false/incorrect information to the traveler. B.Misleading reviews: As both apartments under the profile are named "one bedroom apartment" but they are completely different in reality and not just identical accommodations, when reading a review from a past visitor you can't be sure if they are referring to the one or the other. After seeing some more bad reviews I can kind of identify which one the reviewers are referring to, and I basically believe that the whole grouping of the two apartments is so that the bad "one bedroom apartment" can show up higher in the ratings because of the good "one bedroom apartment". If the bad "one bedroom apartment" was actually put separately or on its own I believe the rating would be much lower than the 8.0 that is there as rating at the time of writing (Mar 2023) I got more but booking has a space limit

The property was in a really good location, the supermarket was 2 minutes away and it was easy to get around. Also the apartment is well equipped and quite cosy.

Currently the surrounding area of the building is under construction so there is quite a bit of noise in the mornings. It was really difficult to work out how the hot water for the shower works, it would run for a couple of minutes then go cold which is not good with the cold weather. Also do not open the bathroom window as it releases a terrible smell into the bathroom and the rest of the apartment. The images on booking also show 2 different apartments so be mindful of that.
