Quite new, private parking

Ac was not working, the appartament is in a very noisy area, next to the main road, so after a long trip I spent all the night almost without sleep

Perfect stay, as always. Apartment is spotless.

Clean, well equipped, great view!

Requires general maintenance: pool tiles loose, broken light switch (exposed wire), broken blind, ensuite shower did not drain (essentially unable to use). In all fairness I informed host who seemed appreciative and unaware., I believe they will repair as necessary.

It is a very nice property, clean and comfortable. The location was nice and easy to access, has a private garage and is walking distance from the center of Opatija. Airconditioning was good. There is a kitchen in the apartment, but for the value payed we were expecting few basic things to find in the kitchen. Sponge for washing dishes was not available, no tea or coffee, no oil, salt. Would be nice to find at least few essentials by arriving.

Modern decor, good equipment, underground garage, convenient location and that would be it.

During self check-in, there was a problem with the garage remote, probably battery died. Fortunately, we were able to call and solve the problem. These things should be checked before guests arrive to avoid problems, especially if it is not possible to park a car at the facility. The second day I noticed ants on the floor, they were everywhere, in the bathroom and on the floor in the living room. Despite contact, the problem was not resolved. I sent message on whatsapp about problem with ants to owner and I got a answer just only "Ooh :/" The owner didn't offer anything. I sent another message asking what they were going to do about it. The answer was "They will come and clean" but when they didn't know. There was no one in our apartment until the end of our stay, but I saw two people cleaning other apartments. In addition, there was visible mold in the shower, we only got two rolls of toilet paper for five nights, one dishwasher tablet and expired dishwashing liquid, the street next to the facility was very busy, we heard every sound in the apartment when the window was open. The air conditioning was good, but on the end of our stay it wasn't cooling as much as it was on the first day. Despite the nice and modern facility, there were many flaws that should not have existed.

Kind host, good location(close to the center&coast), very spacious and cozy rooms, sea view from the living room, very clean rooms and rooftop .... everything was perfect!! Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment with wonderful wiev. Very spacious. Close to the beach, but up the hill, so we went by car and it was ok. Very clean, enough equipment. Spacious terrace. We loved it. Small pool at the roof and great view on the sea.
