Spacious apartment, strong AC, glass roof (3rd floor), big fridge. Manual, helful and responsive communication. Fresh vegetables, fruits and fish right outside the door.

Leaking roof after heavy rain. Kitchen small and lacking basic sharp knife. Catle and pan do not fit for simultanious cooking.
