The location is fantastic and the flat was absolutely lovely and spacious. Large kitchen with plenty of crockery and utensils. Parking was easy and accessible.

The adjacent parcel (plot) was under construction, this can create a lot of noise on certain days. One small issue was that one side of the bed frame appeared to be missing screws, causing the support bracket to come loose

Quando se aluga esse apartamento pelo booking, na realidade você está alugando de uma imobiliária local chamada Muse holiday e ai mora o problema. Paga se pra tal imobiliária, depois eles cobram a taxa da cidade, coisa que poderia ser feita de uma só vez, mas O PIOR NÃO É ISSO. A tal Muse holiday fica de te entregar um CÓDIGO PRA ACESSO AO APARTAMENTO SÓ NO DIA DA SUA CHEGADA, mas esse código você tem que entrar no site deles, ir onde eles não explicam e pegar o tal código, COISA QUE PODERIA SER FEITA POR EMAIL ou WHATSAPP. Resumindo, quando liberaram o tal código eu estava dirigindo e obviamente não pude pegar o código. Cheguei no apartamento, tentei entrar no site da tal Muse holiday e NÃO VI NENHUM ACESSO AO TAL CÓDIGO. Por sorte a arrumadeira estava lá e chamou a dona do apartamento, que deu .me as chaves apenas do quarto. Entramos e ao sairmos logo depois pra ir ao centro de Ortisei, retornamos e vimos que não havia como entrar com o carro na garagem, pois a dona do apartamento não nos disse como entrar na garagem e pior, não nos deu a chave da porta principal do prédio, portanto ficamos na rua. Liguei pra tal muse que mesmo assim não me deu o código por telefone. A dona do apartamento sabia do código mas não sabia onde pegar as chaves todas, pois alegou que era SOMENTE DONA E A ADMINISTRAÇÃO DO APARTAMENTO ERA DA TAL MUSE HOLIDAY. Por pura sorte, lembrei do código que ela havia falado e consegui abrir a caixa onde estavam todas chaves. E fim um FESTIVAL DE ABSURDOS COM ESSA TAL MUSE HOLIDAY. POR POUCO NÃO FICAMOS TRANCADOS FORA DO APARTAMENTO E NÃO SEI O QUE SERIA. O relato é grande mas descreve exatamente o que ocorreu.

Het vinden en verkrijgen van sleutels en toegang tot de locatie was zeer moeizaam. Sleutelcode was onduidelijk; in het sleutelkluisje lagen niet de juiste sleutels, gelukkig kwam de buurvrouw ook binnen en zij heeft ons geholpen om in het appartement te komen waar de juiste sleutels lagen.

On the positive side, the hotel staff was understanding and tried to compensate for the situation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring the area.

I had a decent experience, but there were a few disappointments. The biggest issue was that they started construction work during my stay without any prior notice. The noise was quite disruptive, especially in the mornings 07-08 am, which made it difficult to relax. I believe guests should be informed in advance about such inconveniences.

15min walk to the center of Ortisei. The apartment is spacious and clean. The king size bed in the bedroom was comfortable.There is a private garage, ski room which is great.

Hello, I would like to inform you that we left the apartment today, a day ahead of check out. This was because we were disappointed with the apartment. First, it was expensive and I had to pay in advance. Second, the quality of the apartment was lacking (I can’t believe that I had to eat my meals next to my bed) and it was missing soap for the bathroom (shower included) or tissue boxes. I wasn’t able to park in the garage the first night when I arrived. Finally, the 9am checkout is ridiculous!! I am a mountain guide and my client was dissatisfied.
