Lack of information about visiting dolomites!
BEThe apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building with a nice garden. The sauna is also in the garden. The supermarket is two minutes by stairs and the private parking is about 5 minutes by foot. The place is very nice, freshly renovated with a beautiful view as it faces the mountains. There is a small parking space in front of the house, so it's possible to take all the baggage from the car before parking it.
Though we were satisfied with our stay, I can't avoid the fact that there were some points which could be fixed for improving the guests' experience. One of the rooms had a bunk bed with an upper level that lacked any protective barrier. The mattress was placed directly at the edge with no safety measures, creating a dangerous situation. One of our friends nearly fell during sleep, which could have resulted in serious injury. To avoid any accidents, we had to remove the mattress from the upper bunk and sleep on the floor, which caused us significant inconvenience and discomfort.
GBExcellent communication before arrival; property was nicely positioned in the village and the owner provided notes for arrival, getting around and also places to try. The sauna facility is a lovely touch for the end of the day after skiing. The place is modern and well furnished and all the facilities for a comfortable stay.
The small bedroom was not as shown in the booking; there was also a fire below the TV on the booking which was not there (although this was not an issue). The Main issue was the small bedroom which indicated two single beds but on arrival it was a bunk bed which was more suitable for two small children’s not fully grown teenagers
