Lovely decor, comfy bed, great views of the sunset, air con, great shower-just a perfect place.

Fabulous location without a few minutes walk to all historic locations and restaurants. Luigi took time to point out locations on a map and recommend restaurants. Apartment was clean and well stocked.

The penthouse means there are a lot of steep stairs to climb.

Immaculate, stylish and very comfortable apartment. Very well equipped. Peaceful location with view of the surrounding countryside yet only a few minutes’ walk from the cathedral. Hosts went out of their way to help us and ensured we made the most of our time in Orvieto. Highly recommended.

it was the perfect place to base ourselves. clean and well fit out.

Probably just the double size bed a bit small for us but given the size of the room I understand why it’s the only option.

Everything! It was a comfortable, stylishly decorated apartment with every amenity you could want including a well stocked kitchen. Luigi was an amazing host who picked us up at the parking garage and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc…very kind and gracious. very quiet and great view too.
