Excellent location. Tight parking but as expected.

Host was quick to arrive to give the keys. Would have preferred a lockbox to make it faster. Owner says was not set up to take credit cards. So had to go to ATM to get cash

close to centre of town, secure parking which was included. good size unit. Kitchen is good, though we used it very little.

directions to access. narrow streets and traffic restrictions are confusing. The unit is clean and comfortable, if a little dark. There is no outdoor area.

It was noisy from the street

Wonderful stay. Roberta is an fantastic host. Communication is excellent, and she is available to answer all types of questions and make recommendations on places to visit and eat. The location is superb - walking distance to the center of Orvieto and all major attractions. The unit is well equipped with everything you could ask for. AC has 2 zones that can be run either separately or together - one is in the living area, and the other is in the bedroom which is very convenient if you want it very cool where you sleep. Entrance to private parking area is tight, but the street outside of it is wide enough that you can easily straighten out your car before driving in which is very helpful. And having dedicated parking in the middle of Orvieto is a perk not offered by many places - very convenient. Unit is also just outside the ZTL and easy to find. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Orvieto!!

The place is nice, clean, big and has everything you need. The owner was just beautiful. She help us with advicec what to see in the city. The city is so beautifull. A lot of thing to see. Totaly recomend.

Older, in need of a few updates and sofa bed needs new mattress. Appeared to have mold around bottom edges of shower.

The location was perfect. We walked through the old city of Orvieto every day. A great experience.
