Very nice location. Super easy to reach, even by bus. It has all the facilities.

Location to the old town centre.

Parking was a long way from the accommodation.

no wifi, didn't notice that when I booked. it made communication difficult between us two couples. when we got there the power didn't work in the lower unit and the toilet seat was broken but still usable. we didn't bother reporting the seat but the landlord got the lights working quickly and we didn't need the fridge or burner the rooms are separate and one is upstairs from the other.

Very well located, easy checkin and checkout as it is related to a hotel on the square. You can leave you luggage there when you checkout. Small but cosy. The kitchen is hidden in a cupboard and had what I needed which was a way to boil water.

There is a bigger appartement upstairs and you can hear the people walking and going up and down

I loved the location of this property and its close proximity to the duomo. It was beautiful being able to walk anywhere from the accommodation with ease. The apartment had a small kitchen which made it super convenient to prepare food.

I am very used to the heat so it was not an issue for me, however, please note that there is no airconditioning at this property - only a fan which was more than enough for me but might not be preferred if you require cooling.

The location was great, and I was very happy when I made the booking.

I had no instructions where to find or pick up the keys from. The gate was locked. The phone number on the outside was French, noone answered it. Noone answered the Italian phone number from the Booking.com confirmation of my booking. I was completely lost and started walking around at 21.00 in the evening to find another room. It was by pure coincidence that I walked into Hotel Virgilio looking for a room, and told them that I had a disaster with my booking, the receptionist took me outside and walked me back to La Dimora alle Scalette. No sockets were working, and I could not charge my phone. There was a shortcut on the sockets as the bed lamps were not working! In the morning, on dropping the keys, the man insisted on inspection and tried to tell me that I had caused the short wirh my European plug!!! My charger and my plug are still working! I have no problems with them. I would have appreciated an apology and at least a coffee for that price! Yes, the location is great if you could get in and if you can guess miraculously where to get the keys from!!! Very stressful and very disappointing!

It was an easy walk from the funicular and a great location, lovely clean a spacious room with good facilities, solid windows and shade covers helped with soundproof. Very close to all the activities within the city.
