Maurizio and Simonetta were gracious hosts. The brought breakfast to our apartment, including eggs, coffee with warm milk, homemade cake, yogurts, and toast. Wow! Maurizio also offered to take our luggage on to our next stay since he was driving that way and must have known how hard that section of our Cammino di San Benedetto was. That was a lifesaver for us! The apartment was large and immaculate, with a lively view of the castle. If we are in the area again, we will definitely rebook! Highly recommend.

Maurizio was very hospital and provided a generous selection of things for breakfast. There is an excellent range of local guide books in the flat, which was very clean and well-appointed. Orvinio is a pleasant small town. Recommended.

Orvinio is a very nice location up on the mountains, 1h drive from Rome. It is highly recommended if you want to spent some quite time, refreshing your mind and lunges. Accommodation was very good and both hosts very nice.

Beautifully surroundings in a small, medieval village. The view from the apartment was outstanding, overlooking the faraway mountains. A very friendly host, that brought you breakfast in the morning. The only thing that I should recommend is, you need a car to get around. Things to see lies between 10 to 30 kilometers away and you won't be able to walk that distances in one day.
