"Disappointing"

Nice owner. Met on time. Close to city center. Wifi was good.

The A/C is on the second level above the living room so it didn't really cool off the bedroom. You have to take the key when leaving, so that turns off all the electricity, including the A/C. The A/C would only go down to 24, so it took awhile to cool off the living room one you return. It was rather warm, so leaving the doors/windows open was a great option. That, combined with the loud noise from the street, made leaving the doors/windows open impossible. The electric sockets were cheap and didn't allow for anything to plug in easily. The "city view" is a huge tree and barely even a view of the sidewalk. Disappointing at best overall. I guess this is typical for Palermo apartments, but definitely didn't meet the mark. I attempted to find a better place but was worried the next one would be the same result, so I just stuck it out.

Great location. Compact but comfortable space. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Bed comfortable and whole place lovely and clean.

Stairs outside and inside make it not so good if you have mobility issues - flat we were in has a quite narrow staircase to upstairs which it is difficult to take a large case up to bedroom. Balcony a waste of time.

What a great apartment and location. We stayed for a week in July/Aug. Roberto so helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Easy to find from the airport bus. 5 min walk. Palermo is a great city. Recommend hop-on-hop- off tour. Also you must go to Cefalu. Beautiful.

"Delightful apartment, well worth the price"

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of town, close to Teatro Massimo. Roberto was easy to communicate with and delightful. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and looks just like the photos. there is a great bathroom with excellent hot water. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

The kitchen is a bit small and could do with some more cooking equipment.
