Bardzo nie podobało mi się, że w dniu mojego przyjazdu, mimo że miałam hotel zarezerwowany od miesiąca - o godz. 13:30 (gdy byłam już w drodze do Ostravy) otrzymałam maila, że moja rezerwacja została odwołana – jak gdyby nigdy nic! Po moim mailu, w którym wyraziłam swoje oburzenie, właściciel powiedział, że może załatwi mi nocleg w jakimś innym miejscu - niestety do godziny 16:00 nie otrzymałam żadnej więcej informacji i na ostatnią chwilę musiałam na własną rękę szukać innego noclegu!
