O apartamento é muito bom, praticamente novo. Acabamento excelente, bons móveis e a limpeza impecável. Água quente em praticamente todas torneiras e chuveiro, muito boa. A proprietária é de fácil comunicação, responde rapidamente. A vista é muito boa também. Em relação ao prédio, tudo muito bom, elevador, estacionamento, acesso à garagem.

Nada a reclamar. Coloco apenas sugestões de upgrade para ficar excelente: um aparelho para conectar streaming na TV e uma lava e seca. Mas assim como está é muito bom, as comodidades existentes são muito boas.
