Spacious apartment in excellent location.

The only downside of the property is the stairs - about 70 steps I think. One needs to be reasonably fit to use these so this apartment would not suit people with mobility issues.

"Really pleasent stay."

The apartment is spacious and has many rooms and a big balcony. Well-equipped kitchen, with some stuff necessary for cooking.

It might be good if you stock some shampoo or shower gel, for people who have forgotten theirs, but that's not a deal breaker for me.
