Only one small matter , it was very hot in the room and only a small window that opened. An air con would have help keep the room cooler. There was a fan in the room, but did not cool the room completely. Other than that it was very quiet.

Beautiful clean apartment with modern furnishings, comfy bed, fabulous bathroom, choice of great coffee, free parking. The apartment is located in a residential development and is purpose built above the owners garage. It is about a 15 minute walk downhill to Padstow. Easy access into the apartment through a private side entrance.

Would have been good to know it was set within a residential development. Everything else fitted the description and met our expectations.

The property was in a great location for visiting Padstow, parking up the car and walking. The walk into town is incredibly easy, but we are walkers. Clean and everything it said in the advert.

cleanliness of the room

whilst location was great for central Padstow, we were a bit disappointed that it was on a housing development. This was a last minute booking as our original booking which had kitchen facilities was cancelled due to hot water and heating break down.

The accommodation was really nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Coffee/ tea making facilities were provided and a small fridge contained complimentary milk and water. Situated in a quiet location about 15 minute walk downhill into Padstow centre and near a Tesco store.
