It was super clean, host was super helpful, location is amazing.

The water tanks outside the window are working all the time and are quite loud making it hard to fall asleep.

The host was supremely helpful on arrival and throughout the stay (thank you so much Simona!). The apartment had great facilities and was very spacious & clean.

Couldn’t really open the blinds because there wasn’t much of a view out of the window.

The location was perfect for easy walking access from the shuttle bus from the Airport. It was also very close for an easy walk to all the main sights in Palermo while being on the edge of the old city area. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Simona was a fantastic host, she met us on arrival and provided lots of helpful information. Also she provided some snacks and breakfast items which was a very nice touch. We will definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Palermo.

Nothing, it was perfect

Very spacious and clean, beds very comfortable, Simona was extremely helpful and personable, made dinner recommendations and reservations for us each night and arranged transport to the airport. A lovely woman.

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, welcome pack generous ,Simone very helpfull. Good situation. Surpast our expectation Wee sweeties(dolci) much appreciated

Needed help with cooker.! But immediate instructions solved the problem!Never quite .managed the coffee machine much to Simone's amusement.
