Simone was an excellent hostess. The best we have had so far. She met us upon arrival & explained all facets of the apartment. Gave us extra information about all the wonderful attractions to see. Absolutely wonderful. Will recommend to our friends back home.

Nil. Had workmen in next building with noise. Felt sorry for Simone as it was completely out of her control.

Our stay at Caselita was perfect. The location is great, the host was friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and had everything you need. All items in the apartment were free of use (coffee machine, washing machine, ...). I definitely recommend and would come back for another stay.

A spotlessly, clean and spacious very well located property, this stay was wonderful in no small parts due to Simone, who was attentive to all our needs, made sure that we were consistently satisfied and provided excellent advice about food and touring. Would definitely stay here again.

We met our host when checking in and she gave us lots of ideas to experience the city. This one bedroom apartment was very spacious. Location was perfect!

Great location to markets, restaurants and tourist spots. Large apartment clean and tidy with lots of amenities. Simona the host was very friendly and helpful with information. Lift to first floor.

Everything was good.

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the old city. We were able to walk to all the sites that were of interest to us. All conveniences, such as a grocery store and pharmacy, are very close. The apartment is very clean, the bedrooms are large, and the storage is ample. There is an elevator in the building which is a huge plus.The decor is very basic, so you will be disappointed if that matters to you. Simona was easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with our stay.

Simona was just amazing. She was there to meet us, communication was excellent, got us decaffeneited coffee specially for the machine (and we've never had such amazing coffee), she arranged for us to have an ape tour which was great, and booked our shared taxi back door to door. She had this list of restaurants and cafes which was great. She recommended things to do, especially when I have a few difficulties with walking. Everything was really clean in the flat, and kitchen well equipped.

This is not the fault of Simona but due to mobility difficulties I didn't realise that the bus stop next to the property is a bus that doesn't run very often. But most people with average walking ability would very easily be able to walk to the major sites in 5 minutes or less. Location is still great and Palermo is still beautiful.
