Emiliya is an amazing host. She met us at the property and provided all the necessary information not only about the property but also about the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a short, or even for a longer stay. Emiliya has thought about the little details as well and it was a nice surprise that slippers were provided on-site. I liked that a parking slot was provided nearby, which was very convenient.

I couldn't figure out how the coffee machine works. No toaster in the kitchen.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The flat is located at a central and quiet location, very close to all local amenities. Spacious rooms equipped with everything you need for your stay. Great transport links. I highly recommend the place. We will visit again.

Flat is convenient located about 1.3-1.5 km from the main pedestrian Area (Roman Stadium) -that makes cca 15-20 min walking in a block of flats - on the 6th (last) floor. Clean, bath and kitchen equipped with everything needed (washing machine and espresso machine and coffee incl). Owner was abroad so the contact was her assistant (had some language-communication issues) but left a small welcome-wine-bottle in the kitchen. Heating is electric via A/C or electric heating elements (in the smaller bedroom). For those arriving by car, the host makes a parking lot availabale, in 250-300 m distance, otherwise parking on the narrow one-way-streets could be an issue. Access into the building, into the elevator and into the flat by tag only (gives a certain safety feeling), when leaving flat there is a self-locking system. A small corner-shop at the groundfloor of the building, another one (non-stop?) in 100 m distance.

There are some minor issues that did not bother us too much and for sure the owner cannot solve them: during the night you can hear now and then some noisy birds, seagulls incl (the Maritza river is in the neighborhood) landing on the roof (flat is on the last floor) and there is sometimes and unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the sewer (happens quite often in flats that are temporary only inhabited). Except a city map, we were missing some basic info about the city that one can find actually in every tourists info offices or museums (opening hours etc) , but would be nice to have them in the flat to study them on the arrival day. Also, a list with emergency phones ( medical doctors, hospitals, ambulance, stomatologist etc), taxi, bus schedules would be nice to have, recommendations in the neighborhood (restaurants, bars, fast food). I know everything can be found on internet, but it is time robbing and having it printed out would make our lives easier, especially for older people that are not very familiar with modern technologies. Bottled water on the arrival day would be also appreciated.

The host greeted us at the apartment, and showed us everything we needed inside, and later, during our stay was very helpful with various suggestions regarding sightseeing and general stay. We really liked the apartment, it has an amazing vibe, with every room in a different color scheme. The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen, with a good coffee machine, and an attached balcony with a city view. The bedroom and attached smaller room for the kid were very spacious and comfy.

The only downside I can name ( though it didn't bother us) is that to get to the apartment you have to go up by elevator, and then one floor by stairs.
