Good location. Set out over two floors. Very quiet. Nicely decorated and comfy and cosy sitting room. Milk, tea and coffee provided which was welcome.

The bedroom window was a big problem. The catch is broken and so could not be closed or fixed in position and we had one very cold night and then another night when the high winds made the window rattle continuously. A couple of instances where it could have been cleaner. No toiletries provided as advertised on Booking.com

Location. Bed comfy. Good shower. Host very helpful. Had forgetten towels but delivered speedily.

No dining table. Poor lighting on stairs and landings. Soap dispenser in bathroom faulty (didn't work). No shower gel etc. Parking tricky.

"A perfect place to stay for our trip to Norwich."

Location for us was perfect. Flat was clean well equipped, nicely furnished, comfortable and fully met our expectations.

A parking space would have been great but we were able to park where the owner directed so it wasn't a problem. Stairs down to the bedroom - but not a problem for us (don't rebuild!).
