Downtown Apartment

Our host was incredibly helpful. He went to a lot of effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible and provided many suggestions for us to maximize our stay on the Island. The location was convenient, and we were able to do so much within walking distance. The room was also serviced everyday. We really enjoyed it.

Nikolas is definitely the best host we have ever had. When you rent this accommodation you have much more than the accommodation. Nikolas picked us up at the port to take us to the accommodation with his car. On the way back he also took us back to the port. On arrival he wrote down all the places to do on a map that he gave us: restaurants, beaches, bars, nightclubs... Very practical when you don't know Paros. Nikolas also gave us a good address to rent quads. He showed us a place to park them. He told us that if we had any problems on the island we would call him and that was the case. We had a problem with the quads and he immediately offered to join us to help us. As for the accommodation, it is great, very well equipped and there are even 2 bathrooms, which is practical. There is a nice space, air conditioning, washing machine, clothesline, coffee machine etc. We didn't lack anything. Finally, the cleaning is done every day to find the apartment as it was when we arrived. Thank you for everything

I would 100% come back to this place for our next visit to Paros. Nikolas was a great host and was very helpful in all aspects, from his help in transferring us from the airport and to the port, to the recommendations of where we should go and what we should do. The property was spacious and comfortably fit us and was a close walk to the main waterfront and to the town centre. The cleaning of the place was impeccable. Thank you again to Nikolas for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!!

Great property in a location that was close enough to town for an easy walk to restaurants and a supermarket. We got great recommendations for restaurants and beaches from Nikolas which were so helpful. He also allowed us a later checkout with our ferry being late afternoon.

Location is fantastic - 10 min walk from main part of Paroikia and port. Host was fantastic - so friendly and gave us so many tips about where to go on the island, like beaches to visit and places to eat. Picked us up from the port as well as help with our luggage. The apartment was great - fairly modern, spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
