Damias Village

Nice location. Good facilities. large comfortable room . towels changed every day. the owner and his brother were very helpful. they picked us up and took us back to the port for our ferry. there was water and fruit in our room when we arrived. due to ferry cancellation, we were a day late arriving. before we had even left the island of syros the owner had contacted booking.com and deducted the payment for that day. what a lovely gentleman. thanks for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Damias Village. The owner picked up us when arriving and return, we appreaciated it. I liked that the room was everyday cleaned, bed linen and towels changed and cleaned every single day.

Limited hot water, late in the evening it is possible to not have hot water. Also the bed can be improved, you can be hurt in the bed frame while sitting in the bed and the mattress can be better.

Great little place to stay. Close to the beach and 10-15 mins walk from the main part of town. Wifi and air con worked well. Beds were comfy, room cleaned every day and plush towels changed daily. We had a little balcony and it was really convenient to have a large clothes rack where we could hang our wet clothes. It was also very useful to have the mini fridge and kitchenette with cutlery/bowls/glasses (we didn't use the hotplate however). We were able to check in early and there was some complimentary fruit, water and juice when we arrived.

Note that our room didn't have a showerhead that attached to the wall so you couldn't stand up underneath it - it was a little tub with a hand held shower head, fine for us but be aware if you are picky.
