Location; traditional Spanish feel it preserves in its structure (home decor in the same style would be even better); kitchen appliances; terrace; bedroom and bathroom in kitchen floor were the best looking and feel by a lot.

It could be better maintained: it has black mold (concerning!), gaps in inside corner of walls, peeling paint due to humidity, uneven flooring, people talk and smoke late at night and into early AM hours at front door and smoke sips in under front door and you can hear their voices; clothes washing machine takes forever to wash (also a light in that area would be nice); regular drifts of sewer smell inside the house; more comfortable pillows would be great; dead/dry plant/flower arrangements; shower area in bottom and top floors could be a lot better; wish could watch local programming on tvs.
