La posizione in centro città, la disponibilità del padrone di casa, la cucina ben fornita ed il bagno grande.

In cucina c'è un letto fisso, avrei preferito un divano letto perché noi eravamo in due e avremmo preferito avere un divano piuttosto che un altro letto.
