Το δωμάτιο είναι ισογειο με αυλή δίπλα στην κρεβατοκάμαρα με έπιπλα βεράντας και μια ωραία λεμονιά. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη.

Δεν είχε παντζούρια αλλά είχε κουρτίνες συσκότισης.

Μικρό δωμάτιο, χωρίς δικό του ψυγείο, το ψυγείο ήταν κοινόχρηστο σε άλλο χώρο από το δωμάτιο .Το μπάνιο δεν είχε εξαερισμό.
