The property is excellent and the staff Súper friendly and always look ways to solve your problems.

I find have any problems or issues about the property, the management have everything covered.

Cute and modern appartment. Right next to bus terminal. They try to prepare it even in advance as I came earlier.

They claim advance payment (which is ok) but failed to deliver any details how to make payment, so they just closing it with paying after check in.

We booked apartment with air conditioning, host contacted us on WhatsApp that he/she doesn’t have that apartment and only have without AC, I asked him refund money or cancel reservation, since it was non-cancellation booking, he refused, told me to cancel on my end and he will not charge me for it, but he didn’t approve my request in the app. And if we will to show up he/she will charge my credit card for no show up. We arrived to this apartment it’s total disaster, cockroaches crowning everywhere, it’s hot inside and humid, dirty, outdated, bad mattresses, noisy from street, ugly bathroom with stains on toilet seat, mold in shower.
