Petit studio mais charmant avec tout le confort… on s’y sent bien ! Tout est parfaitement propre et super bien équipé et très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine privative. Opatija est une très jolie ville avec ses villas magnifiques tout au long de la promenade en bord de mer. Arsen et Vesna nous ont conseillé de très bons restaurants. Des hôtes charmants et généreux.

Juste le stationnement un peu difficile mais comme on fait tout à pieds par de petits escaliers la voiture ne sort pas beaucoup !

Od prvog trenutka oduševljenje! Domaćin Arsen nas je dočekao s osmijehom, bio je preprijatan, srdačan i susretljiv. Sve nam je detaljno objasnio, dao korisne savjete za Opatiju i okolinu, što nam je baš puno značilo. Apartman nas je ostavio bez riječi predivan, izuzetno čist, potpuno opremljen i pruža maksimalnu privatnost. Lokacija je odlična mirna, a opet blizu plaže i svih važnih sadržaja. Bazen je savršen za opuštanje, ujutro za kafu, popodne za hlađenje pun pogodak! ❤️

Beautiful little studio, ideal for two people, comes with it's own pool (did not expect this). Very friendly hosts. Clean, well equipped, good location for going to city center on foot (if you don't mind few stairs)

Everything was as good or better then expected. Parking is a bit complicated...
