The view was simply amazing. There's a long balcony running the full length of the living room and two of the bedrooms so the view is enjoyed from everywhere. The property was very clean and even had a washing machine that was very welcome. It's very comfortable and well set up with a full kitchen and table and chairs. There's an easy walk down to Volosko Harbour We can highly recommend Restaurant Mili right on the seafront. They had wonderful seafood at very reasonable prices. The bus runs down to Opatija from directly behind the house so we didn't have to worry about parking there. Our stay was so relaxing

Car parking is provided but is a little tricky in a large car but still manageable

Advertised as 8 but really is better fit for 7. The couch was hard to fit two people on. Other lavender pull out futon was so worn down all you could feel was the metal bars. Also need a blanket for 8th person. We also worried that we were disturbing the couple upstairs with our teenagers but they were very nice.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and it was near a nice beach. The owner was friendly and helpful. The only cons were that the shower would run out of hot water, which is noticeable as a group of 7, and there was only one pan. For the rest, we had everything we needed! It was near the bus stop and supermarkets, it had a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a nice balcony. I would definitely come here again.

- The location: it’s very close to the beach (~ 5min walk) - parking for 2 cars is free of charge that’s really nice to have. - owner/staff: everyone is helpful and also try to answer questions in advance - terrace with nice furniture and great view

- beds are old and not comfortable - loud at night - no A/C in the bedrooms

WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER, IT WAS EVERYTHING WE WERE PROMISED

The wonderful views, the nearby free beach and the comfortable size of the accommodation for a family of 5 was super. The host picked us up when we called and showed us the way by car. He helped us get into the parking lot with directions. We had a nice chat, he was very friendly. He explained where to go, what to look out for, according to our needs. It was nice to get to know the place through a local resident. There is wifi, 2 toilets. The huge apartment really has room for everything. Also for inflated mattresses. We loved it.

The property is in a brilliant location, the only challenge was the parking, which is quite steep and narrow access, and was a challenge to get the car out (passengers had to get out to avoid stalling the engine halfway up the hill.

The accomodation was really good.
