Good location and spacious apartment

The music from the downstairs bar played until midnight.

Все дуже сподобалося: чисто, якісна постіль, багато рушників, повний набір посуду. Атмосферу доповнюють картини й дерев’яні меблі — було приємно вечеряти за зручним столом. Приємний бонус — кондиціонер. А ще просто під будинком — чудова кавʼрня. Рекомендую!

Не було чайника , гучна музика до пізньої ночі ( але за декілька днів ми звикли )

Die unkomplizierte Übergabe ist sehr angenehm.

Bedroom in relation to apartment very small….. TIP: Would be nice to find some “welcome water bottles” in the fridge. A bit noisy as the apartment is located above bar & restaurant.

Lokacija je odlicna jer je setaliste odmah ispod sto je nama odgovaralo

Jedina mala zamjerka je sto je dusek malo tvrdji i jastuk takodje. A druga stvar je buka iz kafica ispod. Parking je besplatan ali ukoliko se pomjerite postoji mogucnost da bude zauzet kada se vratite. Onda morate platiti 17€ po danu na drugom mjestu

Beautifully equipped apartment, with stunning paintings of Ana Kolega. Apartment is located in the best location in Opatija! Beautiful sea view from the apartment and lovely bars/restaurants below it. Kitchen is well equipped.

Everthing was perfect. We missed only dish drainer and some more cooking cloths maybe in the kitchen. We run out of soap in the bathroom.

Location and cleanliness were amazing. Internet speeds were fast. Communication was excellent and easy.

The towels had a very bad smell. It would be helpful if the air conditioner was turned on before guests arrive on days where it’s 30+ degrees.
