The view was unbelievable, the apartment cleanliness was spot on, Lina was incredibly helpful too and always on hand to support. The location was perfect and after having visited Menaggio and Bellagio by ferry, we definitely chose the right location to stay. There were plenty places to eat, lots of pizza and pasta. Was surprised how early eateries close though, very quiet come 9pm and was tricky to find vegetables. It was nice that the apartment was away from the hustle and bustle up on the hill and felt secluded and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed, it all seemed brand new e.g. pots, pans, plates etc bed linen was great quality. The balcony's were fabulous, we had one balcony for the bedroom and another large balcony for the lounge. Parking on site and plenty of space. Even the thunder storms were enjoyable thanks to the view!

We loved everything, just a couple of small things to suggest which would enhance things but it really was near perfection. A long mirror in one of the bedrooms would have been really useful rather than relying on the one in the bathroom. The beds were very hard so imagine after abit of time they will soften. Guests staying above and below were a little noisy at night but appreciate that's not something which can be controlled, no carpet and therefore sound travels. Be prepared to break a sweat if you choose to walk back up from Varenna, it's steep and cobbled. It's only about 20mins to walk down. We hired a car from Malpensa airport and the drive was actually easy, around 90 mins, once you get used to the winding roads. Just don't forget to pay the tolls on the app. I think Lina mentioned a shuttle was available too from Varenna but we didn't use it. This did not in any way put us off and will be returning!

The amazing views - absolutely breathtaking. Lovely clean & comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need. Lina is a great host & even provided some UK travel adaptors when we forgot to bring some.

Nothing - it was perfect.

La vue est exceptionnelle! L’appartement avec terrasse nous a permis de prendre nos repas face à une vue magnifique. Très bon accueil de Lina, très attentive au bien-être des locataires. Piscine très appréciée à nos retours de promenade.

L’appartement avec terrasse a un toit « cathédrale » et il n’y a pas de rideau sur la partie haute des vitres donc réveil tous les jours avec le lever du soleil. Climatisation un peu vétuste, se met en mode « arrêt » régulièrement. À savoir, la chambre avec 2 lits simples ne convient pas pour 2 adultes et ne possède qu’un ventilateur.

Emplacement exceptionnel face au lac avec une vue magnifique Appartement très propre ,très bien équipé et Lina est très accueillante ( un grand atout elle parle Français). Piscine agréable ,calme sans trop de monde , Nous y retournerons .

Een zeer mooi appartement. Een schitterend uitzicht op Lago di Como. Goed onderhouden. Hygiënisch goed. Zeer goede gastvrouw, behulpzaam op vele vlakken.

Bereikbaarheid accommodatie is niet van deze tijd. Routebeschrijving naar deze accommodatie zou beter kunnen. Met name dat je net door een lusbocht een scherpe bocht naar links moet nemen. De straat zelf lijkt meer op een oude brandgang straat. Zwembad was niet echt hygiënisch, vieze vet randen boven de waterlijn.
