This place was overall a nice and cute, we stayed with friends and would recommend this for a large groups of people. The owner is very kind and welcoming.

The only downsite is the location - it is downhill in Perugia and one can get to the centre with minimetro station, which is quite close by, but not close enough as we'd like, or with a car. Good thing is that it is close to the train station.

serve la macchina per arrivare in centro di Perugia (dalla posizione nella mappa sembrava si potesse andare a piedi), la suddivisione della casa è particolare perchè la cucina si trova sotto e l'accesso al terrazzo da fuori con un vassoio risulta difficoltosa perchè c'è solo una scaletta, bisogna essere almeno in due); il bagno col bidet si trova sotto lontanto dalle camere ed è molto piccolo e vecchio

Casa grande pulita e accogliente, consigliato.

Due bagni ma entrambi piccoli per essere a prepararsi in 5.

The home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood and there was ample parking. It was only a 10 minute drive from downtown, and was fairly close to the mini Metro.

It was a little difficult to find, but after a call with the host, we were able to find it. I think an exterior photo or Google Map as part of the photos would help clarify where it's actually located down by, and to the right of the big garages at the end of the street.

excellent kitchen

The kitchen had a really nice vibe as well as terrace. We had free coffee and Access to great opportunitues to cook. The duvets and the coziness of bedroom was amazing. I really reccommend staying there! Also the hist was very nice!
