The hosts are magic! The hosts are a truly inspiring couple! Whatever you ask for you receive support within minutes. They took care of my airport service, helped me renting a car, recommended a great fish restaurant etc.; there is nothing they could have done better, they provided supreme service.

Location and the local community

Difficult entry. Couldn’t find the owners.

hosts were really nice and communicative, apartment is clean equipped with everything you need. no problem with public transport during the day.

Very nice host. The Appartment was clean and well equipped. Just around the corner there are a supermarket, bakery, fruit shop and pharmacy. It is quite close to the sea - 5 minutes walk. The train station with a direct connection to Palermo (30 min) and the airport (25 min) is in walking distance (10 min).

Hosts were absolutely amazing, very kind and communicative, it was nice to meet personally when handing over the keys and they also took us for a breakfast one day and helped us buying some fresh fish! The location was also very good, specific village on the outskirts of Palermo (20min to city center by car), there is supermarket 50metres from the house, local beach with stones and very clean water 20min by walking (TRULLI DI BARCARELLO) and also some possibilities to do small trekking. The kitchen was fully equipped, we were missing only a cutting board for preparing the food. We appreciated mosquito nets and also the possibility to eat in the courtyard was very nice.

From the pictures we thought the courtyard will be more private - it's more like an entrance space/place for parking. We maybe expected something in better standard, since it happened to be the most expensive (according to our limits) accommodation we had during our trip across Sicily, but I think it's because of the location and we did the reservation in last minute, so in the end we were very happy for it. :)
