Place was not so far from city center and train station, the host was really helpful with everything we asked. Flat was clean and roomy enough for our family. Had a small yard outside with table and few sunbeds. Host helped us to rent bikes and find some spots to eat.

Only two things to improve are toilet door, witch constantly stuck in one place because of the uneven floor tiles, other is kitchen table, very unstable. Other than that everything was perfect.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and very quick to respond to any enquiry

We stayed with our adult daughter but was only given one key which meant we had to negotiate times. If there was an option to have a second key it would have made it easier for us.

Apartment was a good size and a good base for us to travel from. It was handy to have a small kitchen and fridge to use

It would have been helpful to have a kettle and microwave so we could make a coffee or tea

The apartment definitely met our expectations and was well equipped for comfortable stay. It is clean and spacious , the terrace is a bonus , it must be great to sit there in the evening but our vacation fell on the hottest week of the month (the temperature sometimes reached 40 degrees) and we couldn’t use this opportunity. The central train station is 5 minutes away from the apartment but it wasn’t noisy. It might be also a plus to get to other destinations from Pescara to travel. We went to see other nearest beaches by train as well. The apartment is not directly by the beach but I knew it in advance, if you come by car, it is not a problem at all to get to any point of interest including good beaches in the suburbs of Pescara. On the last day before departure the air conditioning got broken (because of high temperatures during long time I guess) and the owner tried to fix it but there was a technical issue. So the owner offered us to sleep the last night in another apartment with functioning air conditioner , which we are very grateful for. So I would definitely recommend this apartment also for a longer stay.
