location is good and the owner is very nice.

Nice owner, but it was managed by MUSE holiday. It's very hard to find the office and they don't have updated property information. For example, the building parking photo and internet user and password were incorrect. I also wished there are some free coffee pods enough for the three nights that we stayed.

We arrived on a bus in Ortisei and picking up the keys at a different location was logistically challenging. We figured it out, but bus instructions would have been helpful. The receptionist was very helpful in orienting to local transport system. The owner of the home was very friendly and provided some excellent suggestions to us, for which we are grateful.

We didn't realize from the booking.com website and MUSE communications, how far we would have to walk up a very steep hill with all our luggage to get to the home. We would have chosen a different location had we known. We spent extra money on taxis we would not have normally spent.
