Wallet friendly, well equipped apartment close to Palermo city centre

In January the room was cold for me, which was not helped by the air conditioner set to 29 degrees, it could not warm the bed side Paper thin walls and windows, you can hear every noisy neighbour

Despite the humidity smell, the place was clean and the bed was confortable.

The place had an intense smell of humidity. We had to open all windows to tone down the smell. I really didn’t feel confortable walking at night around the area, it was very dark and full of trash. I though the place was too expensive for what it was.

Everything was excellent

A proper apartment with separate bedroom. Balcony as width as the apartment. Well equipped kitchen, which is very practical in a place like Palermo, where it is quite demanding a to get what you have ordered in a restaurant, if you don't speak italian. Self service check in. Our host let us check in more than an hour ahead of time. There was a bulletin board full of useful information, for example a map with coloured pins showing where we were and what is where. The nearest local train (called metro) station in only 500 m away. It connected Palermo central to the airport, which is very handy.

The apartment is not suitable for people with weak legs. Steep stairs to the third floor.
