för litet matbord och otillräckligt med stolar som passar till bordet. Generellt dåligt utrustat i köket. för lite glas / koppar / tallrikar för antalet personer som kan bo där. Dålig lukt i badrummet. Ingen kaffekokare.

Comfortable beds, newly renovated.We were able to walk to Ostrava Arena in 15-20 minutes.

The apartment was not as dedcribed and was missing expected things like dishwasher, hairdrier, outdoor seating, separate sitting area/lounge (all in discription but missing), and coffee facilities and some way to dry clothes. They provided hairdrier and clothes rack upon request. The kitchen was difficult to use with the limited provided cooking implements and crockery. The apartment was on the smaller side.The heated towel rail did not work. Overall, it seemed like they tried to cut corners and hadn't thought things through well, like how to function in the apartment with what was provided. The area was industrial with smells and trucks, no cafes or shops. The managers were slow to provide check in information so we waited out in the cold. It was not a good start to our stay.
